AI email outreach
AI cold email that sounds like you wrote it
Email is the safest first touch: no consent is required to send a business email in the U.S., as long as you follow CAN-SPAM. Sara writes each one for the specific lead, sends it from your own inbox, and keeps following up.
How it works
- Sara finds the decision-maker at each business and drafts an email for that person, based on what she learned about the business, not a mail-merge template.
- You approve, edit or reject each draft.
- Approved emails go out from your own connected Gmail or Outlook, a minute or so apart and under a daily cap per mailbox, so they look like a person sending them, because they are coming from one.
- Replies land in your inbox and in Sara's chat; she can draft the response or book the meeting.
Why it sends from your inbox
Bulk-sending tools blast from shared servers, and twenty identical emails in one second is one of the fastest ways to land in spam. Sending from your real mailbox, spaced out, keeps your replies in the same thread and your domain's reputation intact.
The rules for cold email
- In the U.S., CAN-SPAM doesn't require consent before you email someone, but it does require an honest subject and sender, your physical mailing address, and a working way to opt out that you honor within 10 business days.
- Other countries are stricter (Canada's CASL and the EU's GDPR), so check before emailing outside the U.S.
What it costs
Each email is 3¢ in credits. Plans start at $35 a month (4,500 credits), and new accounts get 500 free credits. Calls cost about 31.7¢ a minute, texts 5¢, emails 3¢, a decision-maker lookup 15¢ and each lead found 4¢.
Common questions
Is cold email legal?
In the U.S., yes, under CAN-SPAM: no prior consent is needed, but you need honest headers, your physical address and a working opt-out you honor. Canada and the EU are stricter. Not legal advice.
Will AI emails land in spam?
Less often when they are written for the specific person and sent from a real inbox at a human pace, which is how Sara sends them. Volume from a brand-new domain is still risky; warm it up first.
Can I edit the emails before they go out?
Yes. Every email is a proposal you can edit, approve or reject.
